Our POA's Purpose
The Sologne Circle Property Owner Association (POA) is committed to empowering our residents through transparent stewardship and collaborative engagement while preserving the natural beauty of our neighborhood for generations to come. Our mission is to ensure every neighbor enjoys a vibrant, sustainable, and well-maintained environment built on trust and mutual respect.
The Sologne Circle POA is governed by your Board of Directors, elected at the Annual Meeting of Members. Each Board of Director serves a term of three-years. The board members have the responsibility of operating the community and maintaining the common areas and greenspace.
Our Sologne Circle POA holds an annual meeting each year open to all Sologne property owners. Please email poasologne@gmail.com to make sure you receive notification for our 2027 meeting.

Chenal Valley POA
Sologne Circle neighborhood is located within the Chenal Valley area. This area has its own POA, The Chenal Valley Property Owners Association, which exists to manage and maintain the community's common areas and amenities and administer and enforce the Covenants and Restrictions of Chenal Valley.
